The hygiene liner is the key condition
Most retailers require the hygiene liner to stay attached and untouched for a return to qualify. Removing or washing it takes the item out of eligibility.
Tags need to stay on too
Original tags need to be intact with no signs of wear. Trying it on without getting in the water is the safe way to check fit.
Final sale means no returns at all
Items marked final sale can’t be returned or exchanged, full stop. Check for that label before buying.
Return windows run short
Most windows fall somewhere between 14 and 30 days. It varies by retailer, so check the order confirmation.

FAQ
Can I still return it after trying it on once?
Usually yes, as long as you didn’t get in the water and the liner is still attached.
What if I’m between two sizes?
Check the size finder on this site before ordering. It cuts down the odds of a return you can’t make anyway.
